I didn’t feel like I got much value for the money!!! The prices seemed a bit high for what I received, so I left feeling kind of disappointed!!!

I really wanted this scale to be useful, but it keeps giving me different readings that don’t seem accurate. Kind of defeats the whole point of a scale, but sure.

I bought a scale from prime-scales.com give me a break — it kept showing different weights for the exact same item. I tried calibrating it more than once, but it was still off. Frustrating and definitely not what I expected.

I reached out to tech support hoping for a quick fix, but it took a while to hear back, and even then my issue wasn’t really resolved. Compared to other services I’ve used, the support just felt a bit slow and not very helpful.

I reached out asking for help with calibration, and the replies were really slow, with not much useful info at all. It was frustrating, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again

I placed an order i kind of wish I hadn’t. The checkout part was totally fine, but after that it just got annoying, really annoying. I barely got any updates and had to keep reaching out to ask what was going on. Shipping took longer than I expected, and the whole process felt all over the place, just really unorganized. Not a good ordering experience for me at all

I tried using prime-scales.com the other day, or maybe it was earlier this week, and I had a annoying time with it. I was just trying to find some basic info, but I kept ending up clicking around in circles. A few pages weren’t very clear, and comparing things wasn’t as simple as I expected. Maybe I caught the site at a weird time or I was just not following it right, but it felt confusing from the start and I never really got comfortable using it.

I ordered a scale from prime-scales.com and, to be fair, it does work. But the build quality just doesn’t feel great. The plastic casing has a bit of flex to it, and one corner doesn’t sit completely flat on my counter, which makes it feel cheaper than I expected.
For the price, I thought it would feel sturdier. I also got the runaround when I brought it up, like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. It’s usable, so I’m not calling it a total loss, but I don’t have much confidence it’ll hold up with daily use.

dealing with the warranty and return process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. it felt like a hassle from start to finish, i don’t see myself ordering from them again.
